  • For the online shop:

    Payments must be made via bank transfer or Credit Card on the checkout. After payment your order will be processed in a maximum of 5 working days. After this, the product will be shipped.


    For custom orders:

    Payments must be made via bank transfer or in cash. Payments can only be made in euros. Pro-forma orders will require at least 50% deposit with the order and the balance prior to shipping from Portugal. All pieces are property of Lusitan Furniture until payment in full is received. We reserve the right to defer the dispatch date until the balance of the order is received.

  • Shippment for the online shop:

    After processing your order we will dispatch your order by GLS, CTT Portugal or DPD. For Europe the estimated time of delivery is from 5-10 working days. If the order is not delivered within 21 working days, please contact us so we can solve the issue. Be advised that if your country is out of the European Economic Comunity it may be subject to extra tarifs from border Customs. This tarifs have to be payed by the buyer.

    Shippment of custom orders:

    Orders are shipped once the production is complete and you have made the full payment. The delivery time depends on the shipping options you choose and on your location (Within the European Union). Our prices don’t include shipping costs, but we can help you through the process and find the best available transport option for you. To do this, please make sure that the shipping address provided is correct, as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. If the order is not delivered within 21 working days, please contact us so we can solve the issue. Be advised that if your country is out of the European Economic Comunity it may be subject to extra tarifs from border Customs. This tarifs have to be payed by the buyer.

  • If the Item is faulty we'll need clear photos of the elements of your order that are damaged, as well as the order number. We'll then process your claim within 14 working days and let you know how we'll fix, replace or pay back the cost of the product. You have 48h after delivery to check if everything is fine with the product and get in contact with us.

  • You have 15 days after the product is delivered to make a return. The shipping costs associated with the return have to be payed by the buyer. To do a return simply contact us using this form, or by e-mail: info@lusitan-furniture.com, with the intention to make a return. The product must be send in the original packaging and protected to avoid any damage during the shipping. Once approved, you may send us to the following address:

    Important: A tracking code must be provided to us. Any border customs fees and other costs must be payed by the buyer.

    Once the package with the product arrives, we will process the return to you (Bank transfer or Credit card).

  • Yes, you can order a product that is not available on our webshop. To order please send us the reference of the product you desire by e-mail: info@lusitan-furniture.com and we will send you the payment details (You can find the references on our catalogues and pricelists). The time of production will also be provided (from 1-2 months).

  • You may be elegible for a discount if you are a Professional. To understand better the discount chart, please contact us by e-mail or please check the page for Professionals.

  • To enjoy your discount and free shipping, these are the minimum quantities for the order:

    Portugal:

    2 Units / Santa Cruz System (please confirm fabric availability)
    1 Unit / Caravelle III
    1 Unit / Trindade

    For the rest of Europe:

    4 Units / Santa Cruz System (please confirm fabric availability)

  • Regular cleaning is important to keep the upholstery looking in tip-top condition and prolonging its useful life. Dust and dirt wear down the fabric. Clean frequently with a vacuum cleaner (low suction if possible), preferably every week. Non-greasy stains can be removed by gently rubbing them with a clean, lint-free cloth or sponge dipped in clean, warm tap water and wrung out well. If necessary, clean it afterwards with soap and water or with water and dishwashing detergent (see formulas). Then clean the surface with clean, warm water.

    Formulas: The soap solution is made up of ¼ of it for every liter of hot water, which must be cooled before use. The dish detergent solution consists of a maximum of 1 teaspoon of detergent for each liter of water. If you use concentrated products, add just a few drops to each liter of product.

    Wool treatment is recomended (use the wool trimmer machine yearly for better results).

  • 3 Year warranty for all products. Misuse of the product will not be eligible for warranty.
