    Why the portuguese stones?

    Portuguese stones are famous for their rigidity and durability. Unlike others, it does not need any extra reinforcing net, which makes it naturally more resistant and durable. The stone is mined in the southern region of Portugal (Alentejo) more specifically in Estremoz. Its neutral colors and natural beauty were the most obvious choice for our collection..

    The Details.

    The Trindade side tables have a design that follows the same philosophy used in Caravelle III. The faceted shapes and straight lines make this table a unique and different piece. The feet coincide exactly with each triangular end of the table creating a rational and minimalist element, it is certainly ideal as a small side table at the end of the sofa or an armchair.

Stone range.

Lusitan offers 3 types of stones which can be combined with 2 types of lacquered leg basis - black matte and white matte.

Bellow you can see a brief description of each stone:

  • Calcite marble with granoblastic texture, fine to medium grain and white in color, with dark grayish veins.

  • Calcite marble with granoblastic texture of medium to fine grain, with hints of white and grayish areas and dark gray to white veins.

  • Calcite marble with granoblastic texture of medium to fine grain, dark gray in color.
