Shipment.

  • Phase 1

    After processing your order we will dispatch your order by GLS, CTT Portugal or DPD. For Europe the estimated time of delivery is from 5-10 working days. A Tracking Code will be given to follow your package.

  • Phase 2

    You recieve your order and enjoy your product!

    If the order is not delivered within 21 working days, please contact us so we can solve the issue.

Return Form.

You have 15 days after the product is delivered to make a return. The shipping costs associated with the return have to be payed by the buyer. To do a return simply contact us using this form, or by e-mail: info@lusitan-furniture.com, with the intention to make a return. The product must be send in the original packaging and protected to avoid any damage during the shipping.

Important: A tracking code must be provided to us. Any border customs fees and other costs must be payed by the buyer.

Once the package with the product arrives, we will process the return to you (Bank transfer or Credit card).
